ColorPrinting4U.com employs a method of E-commerce interaction, secured through COMODO, with our customers that does not compromise Credit Card information. This online system is secure. Click on the COMODO Logo for confirmation.
2.1 Return/Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of the product, ColorPrinting4U.com does not accept any cancellations or refunds once an order was processed.
An order is considered processed when your order is placed. Orders will be placed in production once the graphic file is submitted. Your credit card will be charged at the time of your order being placed.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours after your package arrives for a Return Authorization Claim number. All claims MUST be made within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Shipping charges Will Not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for a refund possibility.The total quantity of original order must be returned for a full refund.
2.2 Error Policy
If ColorPrinting4U.com fails to produce printed products of acceptable standards due to internal reasons and not due to problems with the files the customer submitted, then Colorprinting4u.com will Re-Run the job and pay the shipping cost for the order to be re-shipped to the customer.
In case a credit has to be issued, clearance from accounting is necessary, and the credit will be issued in the customer’s account to be used towards future printing jobs, or credit the customer’s credit card.
2.3 Payment Policy
Payment for all jobs must be received before scheduling takes place.
- 2.3.1 Methods of Payment
ColorPrinting4U.com accepts these major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We do not charge customers any additional fees for using their credit card, neither do we request a minimum amount for using a credit card.
Corporate checks and money orders are also accepted. Once the customer placed the order and indicated that a check will be sent as a method of payment, the job will be priced and an invoice will be emailed with the amount due. The order will be processed once the check is received and accounting issues a clearance for the particular job. All checks, including money orders are treated the same way.
We do not accept cash via US Postal Service or any other mail carrier.
- 2.3.2 Order Missing Payment Info
Orders from new customers who pay by check or money order, with ColorPrinting4u.com will not get processed until complete payment is cleared by the bank.
2.4 Pricing Policy
ColorPrinting4U.com prices are listed on our website plus a shipping cost. There are NO HIDDEN CHARGES, and we DO NOT print our company’s name on any of the print material.
2.4.1 New File Submission
Orders from customers who after receiving the second proof; have a revision and need to upload new files will be charged a $30.00 Prep fee to produce a new proof. This fee will be charged to the customers credit card.
2.5 Reprints
In case a customer is not satisfied with their order due to reasons other than ColorPrinting4U.com’s fault or error, and would like a job re-run, the customer is requested to place a new online order where a new order number will be generated.
2.6 Reruns
We only re-run the same ticket number when Colorprinting4u.com fails to produce printed products of acceptable standards and has been decided that the job has to be reprinted at the company’s expense.
2.7 Artwork Policy
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all artwork submitted to us either by Server Upload, Email or sent by mail. The customer is encouraged to proof read the layout, design and copy carefully before submitting.
We do not archive files and are not responsible for any files lost. Customers are advised to save a copy of their artwork.
2.8 Color and Quality Control Policy
ColorPrinting4U.com uses offset presses to produce the highest quality commercial printing. Quality control personnel inspects all jobs, no matter the quantity and size, at all stages of production to assure that we provide customer with the best quality possible. ColorPrinting4U.com will reproduce the submitted files matching the colors as closely as possible.
2.9 Turnaround times Policy and Rush Jobs
Production/Turnaround time on web site listed print items is in business days after proof approval. Quantities greater than 10,000 will ship in 5 business days from proof approval.
Orders which require UV Coating or Shrink Wrapping could require two additional business days.
The following is the Ready to Ship Schedule based on normal business days from proof approval. Normal business days do not include holidays or weekends.

Printed material that requires folding, Saddle Stitching or any other finishing other than cutting, might require extra time.
2.10 Shipping Policy
All in-house orders are shipped through UPS and the delivery time ranges from 1 to 5 business days according to where the order is being shipped to. We are not responsible or have no control over the UPS deliveries and delays.
- 2.10.1 Problems in shipping
We are striving to process and ship all orders as fast as possible. However, from time to time we might experience delays and we will do our best to meet the due date, and in case we cannot, we will try to notify the customer on a timely manner.
From time to time, items cannot reach their destination due to problems or errors of the delivery carrier. To minimize problems with packaging, we pack in double wall boxes, for extra durability. ColorPrinting4U.com will handle only claims of orders that were shipped using the ColorPrinting4U.com UPS account.
- 2.10.2 Shipping Changes
Shipping changes are time consuming and costly in doing so. In the event that you, the “Customer”, need to change any of the shipping information (Shipping Service, Destination Address, Etc. ) after you have placed your order you will be charged an additional $15.00
2.11 Content and Copyrighted material
ColorPrinting4U reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to print anything it deems improper or known to be illegal. ColorPrinting4U.com is not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans. The customer guarantees the legal title of all matter submitted to ColorPrinting4U.com for printing and/or publication.
2.12 Privacy Policy
NO information we collect for order processing or from inquiries is shared with any other company or website. The customer’s information is only used to contact them when necessary in regards to their jobs. Credit Card information is only used to bill the customer for products and services ordered.
ColorPrinting4U might distribute samples of the customer’s printed material.
2.13 Proofs
A web based proof is provided to all customers for free. This type of proof is intended only for color and content, positioning and layout, and not to correct color. It is provided in low resolution.
We do not offer Hard Proofs.
2.14 Quotes
With ColorPrinting4U.com unique online pricing and ordering system, customers can order all their printed materials right from their desktop.

2.15 Loss Factor
Exact Quantity - shortages and overages of 10%. at ColorPrinting4U.com we usually ship a small amount of overs at no additional charge and we do our best to minimize this percentage, but we encourage customers who will need a specific number of printed materials for mailing to order extra pieces.
2.16 Services and Conditions of Use:
As a part of our service; we agree to provide you with information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this agreement. Upon notice published through this service, we may modify this agreement at any time. You agree and continue to agree to use our service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations, and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth. Please note that you will be referred to as “Customer” in this agreement.
- 2.16.1 Online Rules of Conduct
By using the service, you agree that you will not attempt to undermine the integrity of the ColorPrinting4U.com web site.
- 2.16.2 Liability Release Statement
The customer will indemnify and hold harmless ColorPrinting4U.com, from any and all loss, costs, expenses, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be instituted against ColorPrinting4U on grounds alleging that ColorPrinting4U violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person. You certify that you own the rights to use image(s) being reproduced on your order. This will apply regardless of responsibility for negligence.
- 2.16.3 Liability Release Statement for Fireplace Cover
The customer will indemnify and hold harmless ColorPrinting4U.com, from any and all loss, costs, expenses, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be instituted against ColorPrinting4U. You the customer or consumer take all responsibility for using the Fireplace Cover responsibly and safely while knowingly acknowledging our Fireplace Cover is not Flame Proof. This will apply regardless of responsibility for negligence.
2.17 Sales Tax
All orders shipped to an OHIO destination will be subject to sales tax. If your company is Tax Exempt, your Exemption Certificate must be faxed to us with your first order. (Fax to: 330-598-1779)
